System 21 on Tablet PC -- SYSTEM21

We have purchased a Tablet PC which is using Windows XP tablet edition. We 
have not been able to get System 21 to run using that operating system . 
Has anyone had a similar experience?  If so, could you give us some 
pointers.  Thanks,  Margaret
