Restricting customers within System/21 -- SYSTEM21

Hi

Does anyone know whether you can restrict the customers that users can 
place orders against? We have agents in different countries that would 
like to place orders through Advanced Order Entry, but we don't want them 
to be able to see or place orders for customers that they don't look 
after.

Any ideas?
