Doug,

I hope you don't mind me contacting you directly with this inquiry.  We're 
currently a non-S/21 shop, but my boss has been asking me some very 
pointed questions about System/21 in general and Geac as a company, in 
light of my 7+ years with JBA.  I guess one of our sister companies in the 
UK is running it, and I guess we're afraid that the product we're on (KBM) 
will be falling by the wayside in the near future.  In light of this, I 
have a few questions I wonder if you could answer for me, whenever you 
have a moment:

What's your opinion of Geac's level of commitment to the future of 
System/21? 

Has Geac been making significant enhancements to the core applications in 
the past few years?

Which of the S/21 add-ons (gadgets, etc) have you found most useful?

Please feel free to add anything else you may find pertinent.  Thank you 
for your time.
