I am trying to put together a report on vendor spending that summarizes all items purchased over the past few years including purchased parts as well as services. The report is per vendor/per item and will be sorted in "top ten" fashion. My plan is to do this over the files that show paid invoices but I'm not sure if this needs to tie into any other tables such as parts, movement files, etc. The information also needs to include total quantities of whatever unit it is that was purchased. Can someone tell me the tables I need to query, any necessary joins, and if this is the best approach. Thank you. Alan Kincer - MCSE, A+ IT Section Manager - KI(USA) 501 Mayde Rd.
