comm error 5

hello,

we have a distributed solution S21 3.5.2 SP4 with ten sites allover the country 
(LAN + WAN) via VPN.
We have a problem with comm error 5 (also in HQ), that began occuring quite 
often. The sessions are still open in AS/400, but the users are out of the 
system. We know that is a JBA Explorer issue, but we don't know how to deal 
with it. Does anyone have additional information (or solution)? We use Explorer 
august 2000 edition.
