Steve, I don't normally intercept these customer discussions, but would like to just point out that we have introduced complete item supersession functionality in the System21 Aurora product, which should allow you to handle supersessions without all the clever workarounds that customers have been having to make do with today. I appreciate you will probably still need a workaround in the short term, but this new functionality, together with other controls around which transactions can be performed during product introduction and product retirement, greatly enhance this area of product life cycle control for our System21 customers.
