So far it has been a good show. A lot of good information on Aurora. A
couple of sessions have been booked on the same track (same time and day)
so it makes it difficult for one person representing their company to see
all that is necessary to evaluate the new products.

I think the migration process for Aurora will be challenging. For those of
you who were around when V3 came out will be able to relate. Only time
will tell if the conversion process has been improved since then.

The new Order Capture function (order entry) has brought together a number
of different ordering capabilities, AOE, transcriptional, call list from
telesales, customer order guides, with customer delivery info from TP,
customer contact info, order and delivery notes, and more, under one
function. Very promising.

The System21 group also announced a new marketing campaign with IBM to go
after new business.

For the techies, a lot of technical changes, here a just a few:
-250 library list support
-New library naming standards
-Consolidation of financial data libraries into one library
-Conversion of all RPG programs to RPGILE
-New security profiles for object ownership - no more QPGRM
-Introduction of ILE modules
-Task exclusivity testing within environments
