The files you're looking for are the following...
Chart of Accounts FLP003
GL Account Balances     FLP004 <=== Specify the current period (field is
PSTPER) for current balances
GL Journal Entry Lines  FLP008 <=== Look for transaction type (field is TT)
of "GJ" for journal entries. You may also need to pull data from FLP007.
