I cannot speak directly to answer your issue, but if you are at SP4, there are many functional changes that you should review with respect the VS module. I have also encountered an issue (what I call a bug) in the correct population of order price with regards to VS. The system appeared to have taken the PMP03 Line 1 Price and applied it indiscriminately over other line (2,3,4, etc.) items at the SAME price as line 1 of the contract. I found no correlation to the data and no history of changes that would explain the issue. Receiving records (PMP09) where incorrectly stated and thus 3-way matching could not occur outside of defined tolerances. This was reported to GEAC. The above only applies to VS related functionality at SP4. -----Original Message----- From: Mona Ferriols [mailto:mon.ferriols@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Friday, February 28, 2003 2:22 AM To: Jbausers-L (E-mail) Subject: [SYS21] PMP09 Guys: Help me out: 1) I have a PO with orderlines with different due dates, and different prices as they fall within different price effectivity dates. (whew!) 2) When i receive more than one orderline, meaning one GRN for more than one orderline with different due date and price, my ORDP09 value is whatever price that ordeline has, my question is, 3) How come the the value of my PRIC09 becomes the latest price closest to receipt date, regardless of my ORPD09? so that when i invoice match, the price on my GRN and the price on the invoice matching screen dont match? Please find belowe our test item. We used amended match when we macthed the item. Thanks in advance. <<...OLE_Obj...>> Mon Ferriols Data Management and Control Ionics EMS, Inc.
