This is a multipart message in MIME format. -- [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] I think you will get a mixed response to this question from the group based on their experience in a number of areas. It may be useful if contributors stated if they still use Customer Service (i.e. they are on maintenance) and if not how long ago they last used it. That way you will be better able to assess the current situation along with the woes of the past. I'm not sure that anyone can really comment on experience of facilities management as this may be a new venture for Geac in the Sys21 arena. Certainly Geac has the infrastructure of a world-wide network of AS/400s and servers, so you would expect some expertise there. Myself, I'm an ex JBAer of 15 years experience now working for a customer Tandy Brands who has recently renewed maintenance with Geac. We have a 'history' with JBA but are happy so far with what we are getting from CS. Sometimes there are hiccups, but there seems to be a genuine willingness to help. I'm sure I'll get 'ribbed' by some of my fellow ex-JBAers for this (I'm ready and waiting Paul & Stefan) but all opinions should be heard. Richard
