[SYS21] Re: Chase (Manhattan) Payments System

No, sorry for being less than clear, I mean the Chase Payments System from 
Chase Manhattan Bank for electronic payments through Accounts Payable. I'm 
wondering if anyone has created electronic bank files in this particular format 
from System21, and if so what they've used to do it. I'm just trying to avoid 
some coding work there.
