[SYS21] Batch Allocation is deleting line items for sales orders

We are running into a problem here. Is any one else aware of this issue
and its solution? At the time of batch allocation some line items got
deleted. All of our customers are setup for back order and partial
deliveries to yes. We discovered quite a good number of orders whose
line items got deleted by batch allocation.
