That is absolutely correct! The Pick List Report purges the file!

We usually only run this about every 3 months with the specific purpose to
clear this file.

Wouldn't it be nice if OE company profile had a flag where you could stop
this file ever being populated if you didn't require the report?

I believe if you run the Pick List Report it will purge the OEP34 for
anything that has shipped.
Try it and let me know.

We have a file, OEP34 - Pick List Summary, on our system containing 8.5
million records.  We see nothing in the JBA purge programs to purge it.
Does anyone have any idea why old records should not be purged from it?
