Mike, How are you guys at doing file reorgs...? And how often do you IPL...? Am not familiar with the job MJ_CTL1DX - must be unique to 3.5.0... Are you low on disk space...? Are you using performance monitor - this might show useful detail during slow response times... Suspect it could be disk arms thrashing - some conflict with other jobs running... It may end up being a record locking issue of some kind... How big is your processor and what OS version are you running... Do you have enough ram...? It looks like you have a web app for online ordering... Is that running on the 400 and does it hook into JBA...? If so, are you getting lots of hits on the web app...? Good luck...
