My sincere apologies for violating the rules of this site.  Over the past
several months I have refrained from making many postings on this site
because I am a vendor's representative and felt it to be ill-advised.

However I just received my August edition of 3 list guidelines and read the
BPCS edition which states "Vendor postings are prohibited unless they
pertain to a specific question or are related to a new product or service
for BPCS users. (the italics and underline are mine).  Assuming the
Guidelines for all lists would be the same I posted the press release to 3
lists, 2 of which have commented on the commercial nature of my posting.

Again my apologies for the "illegal" posting.

This looks suspiciously like an illegal advertisement - of the sort that we
disciplined, expert System 21 consultants refrain from putting on this JBA
user site.
