I have created two work files , one vat session control & one vat transaction . The Vat session control file has a status flag similar to SLPI0 & FLPI0 . Only when the AR & GL have been successfully posted & their status updated to 'U' , that I post the VAT transactions. Once the vat transactions have been posted , the vat session flag is changed to 'U' . Secondly, if transactions fail validation in the posting routine and are flagged as being in error, what effect does that have on the system if the interface program has already written directly to FLPUK4? Surely this must be documented somewhere? Many thanks in advance, Neil. _____________________________________________________________________ This transmission and any attachments are confidential and are intended solely for the named addressee (s).
