Neil, It has been a long time since I visited that area. Check out the User Exit program options on the line descriptions(?). I remember writing a quick CLP that was a MY User Exit Program... and prevented access to ANYONE doing an Upload to the AS/400. It logged attempts and sent messages if anyone tried it. There was an IBM Security red book from the early/mid 90's that covers it very well. While we are on the topic, I hate giving users access to query, because they can overwrite database files. How can you prevent that?
