Greg (how are you?): I believe the primary concern is sales analysis and reporting. If you have been reporting based on PCLS35 and now change this, it could change your historical data. Also, if I remember, you are using Service Management, which uses PTYP35. Be sure to check that PCLS35 is not being used by Service Management. ------------------------------------ W.W.
