Some of the limitations we've run into with System21 Forecasting are it's
not multi-level in terms of time periods (monthly only), only 12 months or
one year can be forecasted (can't use for yearly planning in advance without
mods), can only schedule in aggregate by product (can't break down by
customer), no way to flag events or holidays, and the algorithms didn't
allow for our 4/5/4 months unless it was an annual method.

Does System21 not have forecasting? If so what are the issues that would
prompt one to look elsewhere?

This seems to be a popular subject. I would be interested in knowing what
forecasting tools have been used to interface with System21 and what your
experience has been.

Alan, I would be very interested in knowing what you find out about SKEP or
any other forecasting tool that interfaces to JBA.
