We have made mods to OE340 to prevent despatch notes for being created in certain situations, including specific customers where their orders must be approved by a supervisor prior to being "released" to the warehouse. We chose this route rather than trying to modify AOE (and related EDI order load programs) to suspend orders for each of these criteria. We use this as somewhat of an order audit for such things as correct carrier selection, existence of proper licenses for pharmaceutical products, customer whose orders require supervisory approval, etc. We write out an audit record for each held order. Ideally, we don't want to place them on Stop, or set credit limits to zero. Anyone got any ideas please? Thanks in advance, Neil. _____________________________________________________________________ This transmission and any attachments are confidential and are intended solely for the named addressee (s).
