SYS21 - SP4 Problem in AFI -- SYSTEM21

Just a heads up for anyone going to Service PAC 4.  AFI data dictionary
file (FIP15) has 7 files that are pointing to the wrong positions in the
file.  Fix the following dictionary entry for files PCP52, PCP53, PCP56,
PCP58, PCP59, PCP62, and PCP93.  It is  causing AFI to do weird things. If
