Standard system 3.5.2b SP4 We have recently merged with another company, when we merged we purchased some additional user licences, but of course the finance department would not allow me to purchase enough licences to cover a worst case scenario. I am now continually 'hitting the wall' and users complaining they can not sign in. Majority (90+%) of our users are using JBA Explorer and so only get counted once even though they may have multiple screens open. As I understand it, there is no automatic log off facility for inactive sessions in System 21. Has anyone gone to the trouble of inventing an automatic log off routine?? The routine would of course have to be smart enough to interrogate what the user was doing before the session became inactive, we dont want to bomb a Order entry (or lots of other examples) session even if it is inactive. Thanks, Gary.
