Ray,

I believe it has been designed for simply attempting to get a pulse of
the Geac System 21 users rather than relying on secondary sources. Like
a user group, the more users that participate in the study, the more
accurate the information will be - the sample becomes more credible.
Therefore in answer to your question, I think the answer is that as a
user of System 21, the study may be for your gain most.

For instance, I have noticed a generally more positive feeling amongst
the System 21 user community as of late. And, why not, there are allot
of exciting things going on under the energy of Peter Quinn ie: improved
customer service, SP4, account management, and web. Hey they're not
perfect, but it seems like his team is really trying.

I'm not attempting to convince you hear, merely express the point that
in this statement my opinion has been heard. Not participating will mean
your opinion is not heard, unless you are abstaining whereby that too is
an opinion - I think.

Paul

Sorry. My first attempt was blank.

Is this survey to be used for commercial gain?
