Hello:

I am conducting an independent survey regarding System/21 the aim of which
is to gain a better
understanding of the perspective on System/21 users towards the system and
their continued use of maintenance.  Attached below is an abbreviated
version of the survey 4 questions (only) - if you would like to participate
in our full survey (a total of 14 questions) please email at directly at

Once we have tabulated the results of the survey we will provide each of the
participants with the results of the
survey so please include your email address in your post or send me a

3.      How many licenses users do you have on the system?

4.      Does your firm currently subscribe to a maintenance contract with
any of the following:  Geac;  Third Party Provider;  No Maintenance Contract
in Place

5.      Did you renew your maintenance contract with Geac this year?  Yes;
No
If no, what was the reason for discontinuing the maintenance?  Cost
Increase; Transitioned off the System; IT Budget Cutbacks; Other
