JBA ML - USA 1099's

Hopefully all have heard that the 1099 form fix it out.  Be careful!  The
fix is designed for CURRENT versions of SP3 and SP4 and there is some
question about exactly how backward compatible it is.

Also, I just found out that Payment Analysis Group Report is fouled up.
Geac tells me they are aware a 'data corruption' was introduced with the
Americas Solution packs and are working on a repair routine.
