An Outer Join will return all selected records in the primary file (SLP05) and
any records that match in the secondary files (FLP060). However, if any
selection criteria are applied to the secondary files in the 'where' clause, the
type of join will be changed to Inner Join thereby returning only the records
that match in all files.
