Hi Diana,

        By Credit diary do you mean AR Text diary? If so all our Credit
analyst here use the AR Text Diary, they access it from the Credit manager
screen. I do not think it needs any special implementation process but we
did modify the overdue analysis report so that the user can request if he
needs to see text in the report and the user can also specify a starting
date from which all text is printed on the reports.
