Helen has quite an elegant solution... Our Invoices are front-end loaded from FUTURE 3 - Shipping is done from that application too... There is an interface written on both sides (Future 3 and JBA) that facilitate the flow of Invoice and Shipping data so ours is a real-time interactive experience... (Future 3 is our EDI/Release Accounting solution)... Like Rick, our main problems was invoices appearing on statements. We have a large volume of invoices going through each day, so we do all invoice printing and posting overnight in day-end jobs - no-one has access to these options from the menu.
