The required frequency of running this job depends upon how often the forecasts are changing. If you are strictly using the monthly system-generated forecast, then running the transfer job once a month after Forecast Period End is all that's necessary. If users are manually updating forecasts (in Forecast Manipulation) and you want to get DRP to recognize those changes ASAP, then you would want to run the transfer job prior to the running od DRP. One of my clients runs both every night (however, we did a simple modification to DRP to roll-forward the unused forecasts from Monday to Tuesday to Wed. and so on). Ray Hearl
