I have not seen this sign on screen...
Where can I find it...?
You should be able to adjust the colors in Explorer to suit your needs...

Subject JBA ML - JBA Explorer and white
  :

As many may have seen, there is a sign on screen floating around with the US
Flag, which we thought would be a good idea.

I downloaded it and looked at the signon screen in Client Access and it
looks fine. Then I looked at the sign on screen in JBA Explorer, which all
our users use, and the white stripes were now black. I edited the DDS
source to try to figure out how to get white stripes, but nothing seemed to
produce white spaces.

Anyone know how to produce white spaces in a Display File text field in a
display file?

Thanks,

Jim Langston
