The INP60 record will be updated by updating the standard cost in "item
cost maintenance" and then running the menu option called "Transfer Costs
to Inventory".

Your standard costing records are held in file MSP05.  When the Transfer
Costs job runs, a revaluation movement is created in INP95 and INP96.  You
should set up AFI rules to update your inventory GL accounts.
