JBA ML - Transactions in Standard Cost Recovery File

A few of our parts are not creating transactions in the Standard Cost
Recovery File (PCP52).  These same parts do create transactions in the
Labour/Work Station Movement File (PCP59).  This is causing some problems
with AFI that I can fix via Journal Entries but I would like to make the
problem go away.  I have looked for differences between items that work and
items that don't work in inventory, production details, and
routes/structures but I can't see any difference.

I would appreciate any insights anyone can give me.
