Jeff,

The JBAWORLD pages have been converted to GEAC and the information, as far
as I can tell, is current. I still sometimes find it easier to navigate the
JBAWORLD documentation to find what I am looking for.

For instance, when I select Information Sheets in Answerlink I get a message
stating "Function Briefs has no topics at this level. To view topics, click
one of the folders" and no documents are listed. When I do this on the
JBAWORLD web page all of the Info. Sheets are listed. If I am doing
something incorrectly in Answerlink please let me know.

Thanks,

Steve

Steve,

Are they still keeping the old JBAWORLD web page updated...???

Just for everyone else's benefit, this was the old web site that JBA created
prior to GEAC...

You had to sign up for it and they issued a user id etc...

This is not linked to Answerlink in any way that I am aware of and yes, this
was
restricted to customers only as far as I knew...

I do think they frown on publishing this stuff to third party consultants,
Ram...

I searched on Answerlink and found no hits for System 21 and V5R1. Is there
a case number?

Do you have access to Answerlink? If so, there is a posting out there
regarding System 21 and V5R1. You should review this prior to going to
V5R1. The biggest implication is that V5R1 increases the library list
limitation beyond 25 to over 200. The posting in Answerlink deals with this
specific issue. You also need to be at least to 352b SP4 prior to going to
V5R1.

As Jeff Klipa said.....please let us know what you find out.....

We are using JBA here, and are wanting to upgrade to V5R1, the OS media is
sitting in a box in the IS department.

Has anyone using JBA upgraded to V5R1, and if so, any problems?

Thanks.
