JBA MLRe: AS/400 USER PROFILE

If you use AMINTIAL and not CWSINITAL for the initial program call,
Explorer users are able to launch tasks from "Blueberries" or signon to a
server session.  When you signon to a server session, the user receives an
initial screen that says  "Loading System 21... Press Enter to Continue"
This works with both Explorer and Client Access "Green Screens".
