Advanced Customer Scheduling and Shipping Module

Hello Fellow JBA'ers,

I would like to take this time to encourage you all to use the Answerlink
Website from GEAC to log any and all problems you have had with Advanced
Customer Shipping and Scheduling Modules.

I know many of you gave up on those modules since Advanced Customer
Scheduling and Shipping did not work prior to release 3.5.2.
There has to be users out there, however, that are still battling to use
this base software application from JBA besides me!!

GEAC tells me no one uses it, except those who have had to pay for
consultants to come to their site and do field fixes.
Odd, that a standard piece of software that should be covered under regular
maintenance fees has to be fixed at a fee!  Sigh.

Anyway, my point is that together we could all be heard.
If you log your issues with Advanced  Customer Shipping and Scheduling,
GEAC will no doubt will have to react.
There should be no reason why we have to also buy Future Three EDI software
after we have purchased Peregrine JUST so we
can receive Schedules and Forecasts from our Customers, and send them
ASN's!!

I know the Automotive Group that has formed has had luck with JBA ... I
mean GEAC, on getting some resolution to Vendor Scheduling issues.
I believe if we all come together over ACS that we can have the same
positive results!
