Documeny viewer can indeed solve the picture/style_code link. You bring up a very good point which is data management. TIF file can be stored in the LAN. URL file can be stored and use in WAN. In terms of ADM (Application Development Manager), it is best to have all data base under S21 liberly (1MQ &/or TST). Question is, can we setup TIF or URL within 1MQ &/or TST ? How would the system react to this setup as we all know how JBA S21 is ? Note that I am using the new Footwear version. You would need to purchase a licence for S21 Designer to modify the panel, but once you changed the panel you can deploy it on all your PCs. There are some things for the infrastructure guys to think about in terms of (1) managing the PC files on the network, (2) mapping the network drives, and (3) deploying the changed panels, but it is quite an elegant solution. > -----Original Message----- > From: CHI LEUNG [SMTP:CLEUNG@CELSINC.COM] > Sent: Friday, February 09, 2001 8:10 AM > To: JBA_USER_GROUP > Subject: Picture & Style_Code Attachment > > If you have any input on how to attach a picture of a product to each > Style_Code, please share your experience with me.
