Multiple cost decks

Is anyone using multiple cost decks or routings for the same part.  Example
would be having a route 1 being standard cost, route 2 being actual costs,
route 3 being optimums and route 4 being what if.  I know the software has
the ability to have different costs with cost sets on purchased, but I also
need to have different pieces per hour on the labor side.  Any help would be
great.  If this is not possible with routes is anyone else doing something
similar but not with multiple route codes.
