Title: RE: Service Pac 3 Invoice Matching

We are also experiencing this situation here, and they are right ... it's not a bug.  A change was made to PM040 to force the user into the window.  We also called this into support which is where we got the change number (PMV3_1170 for those interested).  Once we removed the mod, the program fell over with a decimal data error, so the entry into the window is required.  We are looking at ways to remove or change this mod with out crashing the program, I'll keep you all informed.

Subject: Service Pac 3 Invoice Matching

It was suggested that I put this out on the User Group forum in an effort
to get it addressed.  In testing Invoice matching in 3.5.2 Service Pac 3,
we have run across a pop-up menu for VAT tax codes.  It requires you to
enter the amount, do an F8 to update, then returns to the previous menu
where you have to do another F8 to get to the menu where you match the
invoices.   I have called Geac and they say it is not being addressed
because it is not a bug.  Is anyone else having this same problem?  If you
are, it was suggested that a letter be sent to Ms, Michelle Hobbs at Geac
Enterprise Solutions, 1425 Greenway Drive, Suite 650, Irving, Texas  75038
in an effort to get this addressed for American customers.  I talked to a
Milton Clark at support and this was his suggestion.
