We had quite a few problems at the time of implementation which were all fixed on site. I think most of these fixes were then included in the standard product.I also modified all of the transaction type programs that used location control and the movements inquiry, so that the location that the stock was moved into or out of was displayed. The current site I am working at does not use location control so it is difficult for me to spend any time looking into your problem. I would suggest that you would need some implementation assistance from GEAC. The module was developed in the Tampa office. I hope this helps Phil Mant. -----Original Message----- From: JClifton@Lamplightfarms.com [mailto:JClifton@Lamplightfarms.com] Sent: Wednesday, December 06, 2000 8:19 AM To: jbausers-l@midrange.com Subject: Inventory stock counting - create count by location range Has anyone used option 23/INS? We are trying to start using inventory stock counting for our cycle counts as of the 1st of the year and we want to run the count sheets by location. We are also going live with JBA's stock locator module as of the 1st of the year and the functional brief we received with stock locator references using 23/INS for stock counting. But when trying to run 23/INS we are not getting any results. Any input would be appreciated. As normal the JBA support line has been NO HELP - they have not a clue.
