RE: hierachies

I worked with a customer who had the same situation.  When submitting
budgets, it took three months to update all the hierarchies.

We removed all the hierarchies by using @ctive Reporter.  @ctive Reporter
allows you to setup hierarchies as cube dimensions, which works for reports,
but not inquiries.
