Most of our issues were related to our mods. We had some logicals built
across physical files that were being replaced. Even though we have tried
to leave vanilla JBA unchanged, we had a few objects in nonstandard
libraries that caused us a small headache. The biggest issue with these
issues was that the error information was difficult to determine exactly
what the issue was. As you can imagine the fixes were easy, identifying
the issues was the problem. We did obtain on call support for the weekend
and they were able to fairly quickly identify the problems

Can you elaborate on what issues you did run into?

Subject: Upgrade to 3.5.2b SP3
Just wanted to provide an update on our upgrade.
Back in July we attempted to go live on from 3.5.1 to 3.5.2 sp2 and
encountered issues that required we pull the upgrade off and restore the
3.5.1 version. Many of you wrote me outside this forum indicating that you
had experienced similar issues. We set aside this past weekend for go live
from 3.5.1 to 3.5.2b SP3. While we did experience the typical unexpected
few issues, they were relatively minor. We have had very few residual
issues in the 2 days following this upgrade. We are considering this
upgrade one of our most successful. I offer this as a ray of hope for
those of you still planning your upgrade over the next few weeks.
