Dear Helen, I don't think there is a standard Invoice routine to create Accounts receivable monthly invoices. Assuming you have inventory you could create a part for each month with a future available date starting on the day you wish to generate the invoice. Enter an order for one of each part and on the day you wish to invoice (the part start date) run batch allocation, I may be better to keep these parts in a separate stockroom for ease of control.
