Hi Helen We have found no problems in archiving AR, CS, & GL in any order. But I would like to mention we are on 3.5.2b service pack 3 and the AP Archive loops. JBA have found a bug and Studley are re-opening problem PL V3 1131 This problem only occurs in certain circumstances, where the customer used V2 software which had a PL calender which was held in PLP35 and PLP35A. I have been told I can clear these files as no existing System21 function uses them I still have to run the PL purge to see if this does stop the program looping Regards Avryl > -----Original Message----- > From: Duncan, Helen (MacGas) [SMTP:DuncanH2@bp.com] > Sent: Tuesday, November 07, 2000 2:21 PM > To: 'JBAUSERS-L@midrange.com' > Subject: Archiving > > Is there any recommended sequence of archiving for SOP, AR and GL?
