Hi There,

You could consider writing a small CL program to delete and recreate the
data queue(s).  This could program could be scheduled in Machine Manager to
run nightly.  One inherent problem with data queues is that the more data
that is in them the longer it takes to write an entry to them.  So the
longer the TP Monitors are left down, it will incrementally take longer for
the programs to write to them.  This is one work around.  The system is
designed to run without TP, so there is some set-up on your system that
makes the system think that TP is attached and running.  You could address
your problem at this level, but it would take much more time.
