× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

What was the flaw in the A/R logic...?

The A/R utility had a major logic problem (in our opinion) that I discussed
with the technical support line, but they just said it was functioning as
designed.  I decided to make the necessary logic fixes to the programs
anyway, and they worked fine after that.
