Amended Production Orders -- SYSTEM21

× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

We are currently having a problem with amended production orders. When a
component item is added to an order during production order booking the
first time through, it works fine. But the next time we book production
against that order, the component item we added the first time gets added
again. The item doubles each time we book production against that order. 

We are at version 3.5.2b, service pack 2. If anyone has a solution to this
problem, your help would be greatly appreciated.
