Suzi,

    Is the date to follow up a field, or is it in the text of the note.  If it
is a field, you can build a ShowMe/400 definition over this file, and have that
give you a list of which customers need calling.  I know that Fossil is a
ShowMe/400 customer, and we normally deal with Floyd Dias there.  If you would
