We are using Nutech systems for our data collection solution. I can say nothing but good things about what we have accomplished using them as the collection point for our data. They have allowed us to front JBA functionality that we would have never been able to use on the shop floor because it was to time consuming. (You know production builds parts, they don't enter data.) Anyway by providing them with more efficient methods to enter their finished goods production, defects, and WIP material movements we now have better control over shop floor inventory than ever. This is only one of the ways that they have helped us get data into system 21. We have been using them since 10/98 and are continuing to roll out new functions using their modules. These guys know system 21 and have been a real assets to our project success. Modules we are using: Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Customer service and logistics, Nutech Viewpoint Modules used: Warehouse Management Transaction Manager Screen Mapper Transactions implemented: Vendor Receiving, Misc. Issue, Putaway, Item Booking, Location Transfer, Stockroom Transfer, Freeze/Release all items, Pick Finished Goods, Work Order Booking, Defect Booking Entry, Single Item Defect Entry, Frozen Location Transfer, Automated Picking, Good luck on your implementation.
