Muhammad, We use direct delivery back to back items routinely; however, any item that is handled this way is not stocked or shipped from our facility so we are not planning production with these items. Our buyers manage this with the outstanding sales order report and the past due purchase orders report. You could easily modify the outstanding sales order report to indicate or filter for these types of items. So we can't know when they are late until shipping calls or if we run a purchase parts list for every order. How can we fix this problem? Any one has same kind of experience. I look into CLP where they are joining MSP73 and MSP71 files. Now the part numbers which have types mentioned above exists in MSP71 (MSP/MRP workfile) file but not in MSP73 file. Where I have to look in JBA that why the part numbers which are BB, DD and RS are not coming in this file.
