Customer Returns Credit Date -- SYSTEM21

× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

The other day I described a problem with the credit date in the customer
returns module. When the return is converted to a credit, the operator has
the ability to override the credit date. When this override occurs we found
that the date was written without the century indicator set to 1. The help
line has informed us that the fix for this problem is in SP3 for V3.5.2.
